Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods.
Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time is usually 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and available shipping options. Any free shipping offers will be shown at checkout when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number is sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ToYourStep is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
ToYourStep is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors, household members, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier office.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, we may offer shipping to select locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges required by their country.
